MESSIAH KEEGAN'S AMAZING RETURN (http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/story_get.cgi?STORY_NAME=soccer/08/01/16/manual_091944.html&TEAMHD=soccer)
I thought Newcastle were keen on Didier Deschamps after Harry Redknapp said no, but I think the Chairman has appeased the fans with this appointment. Whether he will be succesful remains to be seen.

Was listening to some SEN and it had me wondering if Newcastle were most like Richmond in terms of their recent history of sacking coaches, lack of on field success, former status as a big and successful clubs
For those that know more about the premier league is that a reasonable take?

Except for the fact the the Newcastle fans are perhaps the most loyal fans in the EPL.
