Do any of you watch "An Aussie goes Bolly" on Foxtel's Fox 8?

That Gus makes me laugh with all of his antics following the Aussies on the tour of India. It is on now if anyone wants to see it. 8.30pm on Monday evenings.

Yeah, he seems like a top bloke. My son goes round singing the song after watching it (drives me mad). Good how he gives away tickets to people who wouldn't be able to afford it.

Is he the same guy that stuck with the Balmy Army last Summer? I missed that, but it may come back on another time.

Never watched it. OK its not my taste, as I'm not sure how people can be interested in an Aussie bog an's adventures in India.

Why is bog_an a banned word?

Yep.

Forgot about that because Airplane! was on the Comedy Channel (most people would know it as Flying High) never seen it before but i love those types of old movies.

Got to give it to Gus for putting up with some of the Indian supporters (although it is easier when you win). It doesn't take much to make them think they are the best in the world.

He really got upset by those monkey taunts.

I really enjoy watching it, especially seeing a bit of India nd the fantatical supporters. I also enjoyed an Aussie goes balmy and an inside into the Balmy Army.

Years ago I worked in Taipei and there was an Aussie cricket club and we dabbled a bit but could rarely get enough guys to make up two teams. One of the guys met an Indian and he said there were at least four Indian teams in Taipei, so we arranged a match against them. They were really passionate and amazed me how they took it so seriously.

Yeah, they really love their cricket and all the kids want to be just like Tandulkar.

I have to say the bits with Gus getting his massages from only the males makes me laugh...he made some comment tonight about another 'male massage'. **spolier alert** How was the reverend in tonight's epsiode, he thought Gus was a cricketer.
