The bottom 3 teams in the EPL are relegated each season.
So, who's turn is it this year?
For what it's worth I think Derby, Fulham & Reading will be this seasons casualties.
Here is the table as it currently stands.

Fulham have been up for a while, when were they last in the Championship?
I hope Sunderland can manage to stay up, I'm a fan of Roy Keane and would like to see our dogs play with a bit of his combative spirit in 2008

Sunderland vs Wigan soon and as they mentioned on SEN it might be a 6 point game for both teams.

They won promotion in 1999-2000 & have been in the top flight since 2000-2001.

The 2 clubs with the Australians in Derby and Fulham.
Derby is Gone, Fulham an uphill battle.
I think it might be Reading that ends up joining them.

Can I get some money on Keegan getting Newcastle into the bottom 3.
They're only about 6 points off it and doing their darndest to fly down the table.

Newcastle in free fall. Be interesting to see which 2 join Derby as the end of the season.
Reading have helped themselves to 6 points in their past 2 games to leapfrog a few teams.

They have a better goal difference than the 4 teams directly beneath them.
Their ground is an absolute disgrace as a number of managers have claimed. "Wenger also criticised the playing surface - as many other managers and even home boss Steve Bruce has done in the past - but refused to blame it for contributing to their struggles. The pitch is a disaster. It is disrespectful for the fans who come and pay money to see that," he added."
It's very muddy & not helped with Wigan Warriors rugby league playing there also.

It sounds like they are not ready for the big league.

So, who's your tip to be relegated?
Try the BBC's predictor (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/predictor/default.stm):
I had Bolton (30), Fulham (28) & Derby (12) all going down.
Up top I had Arsenal (86, +45), Man Utd (85, +54), Chelsea (85, +46) & Liverpool (75, +41).

They got a point, 1-1, from a Michael Owen goal.
4 points from the relegation zone.

One more game to go.

So 2 of Fulham, Reading, Bolton & Birmingham will be relegated next week.
The games that have an impact are:
Birmingham v Blackburn
Derby v Reading
Porrtsmouth v Fulham
Chelsea v Bolton
I reckon Bolton are safe, purely on goal difference.
Given portsmouth are playing in the FA Cup Final the following week, they may just have an eye on that so it's not a bad time to play them. I fancy Fulham might just survive, so for me it's bye bye Reading & Birmingham along the the worst team to ever (points wise) grace the EPL in Derby.

Its a real competition of haves and have nots isn't it ?
Basically the story is the same each year. Four top teams and a couple of teams like Newcastle and Everton that every now and then challenge for the 4th spot and then a core of teams like Man City, Aston Villa and Middleborough, West Ham and Tottenham who occupy the middle positions. The new teams generally come in for a season or two before returning to the lower division.
Reading looked like they could go OK but after a couple of season up a level they have been sorted. No doubt Wigan and Sunderland will be under pressure next year.
Will any team from the lower level come in next season and push for a top 6 spot ?

Danny Murphy scores a header with 14 minutes remaining to keep Fulham up. Amazing, four wins from their final 5 games.
Derby, Birmingham & Reading have all been relegated.
