Patriots lead 7-3 at half time but the Giants are playing much better football, both defences are working incredibly well.

Brady has been sacked at least four times as well.

The Giants had the lead for a while before Brady made a crucial play to put the Pats back in front. If the Giants don't score on this possession then Brady will simply run the clock down.

Damn, the Giants answered the challenge and are now 17 to 14 up with a minute to go.

Biggest sporting upset since the Miracle on Ice.

Well done to the Giants for defying the odds to stop the 'unstoppable' Patriots.

I dislike all NY sporting teams and I follow the Patriots however, Manning did a terrific job today and they deserved the win.

A caller on SEN mentioned that it may be the first time that brothers have won the Superbowl MVP in consecutive years, Peyton this year and Eli last year.

Peyton didn't deserve it IMO.
and that goddam Tyree play won them the game.

Personally I think the Americans over-sensationalise the role of the Quarterback.

There were defence players on both sides that could've easily won the MVP. That game gave us more sacks than the Birds-eye factory.

This game was absolutely fantastic imo. I have quite a few friends in the States who are similar aged to me, all said it was the best game that they have witnessed in their years.

Manning's effort in not going down on that second to last play with the great catch, was sensational. He had about 5 blokes hanging off him at one point. I hope our guys want to win that badly.
