How bloody good is it to see the Shark back up near the top of leaderboard.

He has been very lucky with some of the putts he has made, but he probably deserves a little.

He should have dumped his ex long ago if this is was going to be the response.

Going to be a big couple of nights watching the Tour and the Open, the remote is going to get a workout..

It would be a real fairytale if the Shark was to win. Good luck to him.

Love to see him win one more. Doubt he will, not tournament hardened and will throw in a 74-76 soon.

Norman - I'm surprised too (http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12176_3839904,00.html)

Greg Norman will take a 2 shot lead into the final round of the British Open after one of the most difficult rounds, with winds gusting upto 80kmph. Norman said it was strange lining up a shot & aiming 60-80 yards left or right of the target.

Leaderboard

+2 G Norman
+4 P Harrington
+4 KJ Choi
+5 S Wakefield
+7 B Curtis
+7 R Fisher
+7 A Kim
+7 A Noren
+8 I Poulter
+8 H Stenson

Mark Allen on SEN mentioned that he would marry his long time girlfriend if Norman went on to win the tournament so he must be getting a bit nervous. Funnily enough he normally predicts KJ Choi to win tournaments however gave him little chance in this one.

The boys doing the preview for this afternoon's game actually took 10 minutes to discuss The Open, and Mark's proposal. He actually said he'd marry her on air.

Having said that, he also picked the Bulldogs for the Wooden Spoon.

Cadel Evans on top of Le Tour, Norman leading the open, how sweet it is...

Watched it til 2am and have just watched the last part off tape.

Norman played the conditions better than anyone. His putting has been rock solid.

Late night tonight going to try and sit throught it all, would be an amazing story if he could win.

If he wins I want Rudd to give the Bob Hawke speech, 'If anyone sacks someone for not turning up to work he's a bum', or something like that.

Go the Shark...

I've gotta go back to work tomorrow after a two weeks break ... Do you think my boss will give the day off if the Shark wins ?? (PLEASE!!)

How good was last night.

First I watched St. Kilda knock off Hawthorn (the bride crashed early because she's crook).
Then I had a nanna nap until midnight before spending the next few hours channel flicking between the Tour, the Open, the Tri-Nations v SA and Formula 1 qualifying.

Heaven.

Is that why you're not allowed to have Foxtel?

Victoria Police's timing is scheissenhausen. I had to be in Glen Waverley at 8:15 this morning to take part in the entrance agility test.

Gee Harrington played well over the last 6 holes, hit everything perfectly whilst Norman had to scramble from bunkers & the rough. Pity a few of Norman's long puts lipped out.

Considering I nearly collapsed after the swim and had to be assisted from the pooldeck, I make a resounding no

Whether or not you'll actually sleep is another matter altogether.
