BULLDOGS ruckman Luke Darcy is set to make his long-awaited return against Geelong on Sunday after completing his third pre-season hitout yesterday.

Darcy played the first three quarters for Werribee at Whitten Oval and is confident he will be named in the side for Round 1 at Telstra Dome.
The 31-year-old has been sidelined since Round 6, 2005 after enduring two knee reconstructions.
"I pulled up really well and I've had three good hitouts now so hopefully I'll be 100 per cent next week," Darcy said yesterday.
"It's nice to get through unscathed. It has been a while since I've done that, so I'm really happy with my preparation."
Darcy made his comeback two weeks ago against the Bombers, played last week at Subiaco and yesterday against Coburg.
He moved well between full-forward and the ruck, rotating with Bulldog teammate Peter Street.
There was good news for Robert Murphy who also played the first three quarters and will be pressing for senior selection this week.
"I thought Bob moved really well and it was another good hitout for him," Darcy said.
