8 or 9 guys out their best 22 are injured and to make matters worse they lost a couple in todays game so played with a reduced bench.

The supporters are calling for the coaches head but I'm not sure that is the real issue.

They are being tested as we were last year; lots of top players going down. We had one advantage we had a few wins as a cushion on which to relaunch ourselves. The Dees have no such soft landing.

There is a caution in this, any team that takes the Dees for granted is in for a rude shock. Any side coached by Neil Daniher, no matter the circumstances will give their all. They are in trouble deep, but don't write them off.

I'm just having a look at the replay now and they were a bit unlucky a few times. Freo had a few of their boys in very good form.

Some poor decisions by the umpires at times didn't help them much either. Guys like Pickett and Davey need to be more involved in the play, and without any real forwards they will struggle. Yze's goal was amazing though.

This seems to happen for what reason, i dont know.

Perhaps its just cyclical.

They have been rocked with injuries - it doesn't help them having both Neitz and Robertson sidelined at the same time.
