Anyone who has ever found themselves watching darts on Fox Sports late at night knows how much the crowd loves it when someone hits a 180, but this is just insane.

In baseball they chase the perfect game. In snooker its the 147 break. In darts its the 9 dart finish.

Have a look at the extremely popular Raymond Van Barneveld hitting this 9 darter earlier this year in Scotland, and the resulting reaction from the crowd.

Yep, and more than 150 professional tournaments (twice as many as any other darts player in history).

What always amazes me about Darts is the ability of the players to know what they need without adding it up. Even if they don't get what they're aiming for with their first dart, they just seem to instinctively know what's up next.
