The new A League season starts this weekend. Be interesting to see how the Melbourne Heart go.

Was very keen to go tonight but just couldn't do it around work. Looking forward to checking out the new stadium and the new team.

My team went down 1-0, little Terra showed a bit up front.

I haven't got Foxtel which it makes it really difficult to follow the league. I'm keen to follow the Heart and will definitely try to make the next home game at the end of August.

The stadium looks awesome. Nice broadcast in HD, except the A-League is boring. I'll try and watch a few more games on TV. But what's with this league? I feel like falling asleep watching it!

Mine too:(.
It's going to take a few games for the team to gel. Whats everyones prediction on how the Heart is going to go this season?

I think the Heart will finish mid table.
For those who have jumped onboard the Heart, can ask what the reason is? Just curious more than anything.
The guy who own the pizza shop next to me has joined the Heart as a member. He's a massive soccer fan but never really embraced the Victory.

My reasons are:
I never really embraced the Victory when they first entered the comp.
I have never been a fan of Kevin Muscat.
As a junior playing soccer, we wore the exact same colors as the Heart, love the look of the jumper!

I've decided I'll give it a go through the Heart this season, with reasons being that:
-I never really got into the A-League prior, and thus don't really care about Melbourne Victory
-I think Hearts home and away kits look awesome
-I like what I know of the signings
-I would prefer to follow a side out of somewhere other than Etihad
-Why not.

I thought I'd have a look at the A-League this year for the first time also.
I would like to go with Heart but what is the Collingwood thing?

You realise the new ground was built because of the Victory who won't be playing at Etihad anymore?

Never had an interest in the A League before this season(but I have enjoyed the EPL and World Cups), my son plays Soccer on weekends and the Heart came to one of his trainings to do a clinic. He jumped on board so I followed suit. I never really took an interest in the Victory.

Even so Victory is likely to sell it out more frequently, which means going would become more difficult.
