Terms of Service

1)  The rules of the site are very simple:
1.1 - Be polite.
1.2 - Apply common sense. 
1.3 - Maintain the law.

We will endeavour not to over moderate the forum however, you need to ensure you give us no reason to as well.
We reserve the right to remove or modify as required.  Please ask the Moderators if you have any questions.

2)  Things you can do to assist us: 
2.1 - Don't insult or belittle others. 
2.2 - Don't threaten attack or antagonise others.
2.3 - Don't defame anyone. Defamation laws must be respected and breaches of this will be treated seriously.
2.4 - Don't spread unsubstantiated rumours about players or the club that can cause this site to come under legal scrutiny. 
Overly harsh or abusive comments about players we feel are not in the best interests of the site or club may be deleted.

3)  Trolling:
3.1 - Don't disrupt the harmony of this forum.
3.2 - Don't start threads or polls with the primary purpose of starting or encouraging a dispute.
3.3 - Don't set up signatures or links that belittle or antagonise others.
3.4 - Supporters from other clubs are welcome to register but if it is deemed they are here to just cause trouble then their access to their account will be blocked.

4)  Spamming:
4.1 - Don't use the private messaging system in an inappropriate manner - If you are not sure contact a moderator.
4.2 - Don't post with the view of just increasing your post count.
4.3 - Check the board before starting a new thread to see if a similar subject has already been started.
4.4 - Don't post offensive or racist comments or vulgar links and images - You will either be banned or prosecuted. This also applies to links in your signatures.

5)  Plagiarising:
5.1 - Don't simply 'cut and paste' comments from the media or other websites. Where possible provide links.

6)  Self Promotion:
6.1 - Don't promote or advertise any other websites, forums, email addresses without getting permission from a moderator.
6.2 - You can only have one 'approved' link in your signature.  This needs to be approved by a moderator.
6.3 - Don't advertise other sites in your commentary unless you have permission from a moderator.

7)  Assisting the Forum:
7.1 - If you see an offending post please use the REPORT POST feature.
7.2 - Please do not respond to any offensive posts as the moderators just have more posts to delete.
7.3 - If you value the site tell others. The more the merrier but don't spam anyone on other forums.

8)  Swearing:
8.1 - Yeah, I know this doesn't bother some people, but some younger members could be offended by it.  It's best to limit swearing because you'll have less chance of somebody being offended. 
In simple terms, do not evade the swear filters.

 
9)  Security:
9.1 - You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. You may not post on behalf of a suspended or banned member. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

Contacting us:
If you need to contact a Moderator an Administrator for any reason, please keep the following in mind:
Please be civil and polite. Raise your concerns in a mature and respectful manner. If you are contacting us because you violated forum guidelines, be adult enough to admit your mistake.  If your account has been locked for some reason, talking politely to us about it in private, via e-mail, private message, or instant messenger, can get your account reinstated in many cases.  Do not be derogatory or insulting towards us.  You will not get what you want by name calling or bashing us.

Finally:
We will either delete, edit, move, or close any thread or post, or suspend or ban members for breaching the rules, or for any other reason, with or without warning or notice.
