A considerable jump.

That is a big jump in the last few days.

A lot of people have a tradition of signing up at the ground at our first home game. Hopefully we can get another jump if we can get some early wins

I hate to be a sad sack, but to put it in context, Melbourne passed the 33000 Mark on the weekend.
Re: 2015 Membership Thread - Can we get 35,000
A win this weekend is realistically worth 1000-2000 fair weather supporter memberships.

Sorry I'm one of those now (Country) I think they were ahead of us last year as well. How are the Saints numbers going this year?

Saints nearly 31k
Re: 2015 Membership Thread - Can we get 35,000
I heard that the Saints have the highest renewal rate either in Vic or in the league.
Also, at Etihad on Sunday - after the attendance was put up on the scoreboard (about 19,000), a separate figure went up to show how many saints members were at the game (about 9,500) which I thought was interesting.
I'd like to see how many dogs members (by %) were turning up week to week at home games.

I wonder if we will get the same 'spike' as we did prior to the auto-renewal program was introduced.
I was a member of the 're-new at 1st home game crew', but now it just rolls over.

Nah, don't think so.

I was assuming this week's spike was from those who still sign up on the day. Smaller than it used to be because there'd be many like yourself who've changed to auto renewal but a spike none the less. Hopefully we can get a steady increase from here on.

Definitely. No one drops off faster than those who jumped on during winning times. Hawthorn are the worst of all.

Down to 10,000?
Can't see it myself. Hawthron would still have a pretty solid base even if they bottomed out now.

10,000 at a game for sure. They play to empty stands when they're losing.
They've got a huge amount of theater goers that want to see them win

He was exaggerating but it will be a big drop off.
