We need a lot of help over the next 6 weeks. Even with 5 wins from our last 6 we could still miss out due to our poor %. We really need Essendon and West Coast to lose. I'll say the same about the saints given i think Sydney, Richmond and Melbourne will make it.
Silly as it sounds we can still get top 4. With that in mind
Melbourne vs Port Adelaide
Sydney vs Saints
Richmond vs GWS
Collingwood vs West Coast
All those look like possibles, we just need to play our part.Quote:

That was done with top 4 in mind. Port are 4th and a game below 3rd, and therefore are the side most vulnerable to dropping out. They lose to Melbourne this week, Adelaide and us and they finish on 13 wins, we win our remaining 6 games and we get to 14 winsQuote:

Not sure whether to root for Brisbane to win, as we play them the week after. Maybe a big effort in Perth will take it out of them
The good part of this round was StKilda and WCE losing. They both have very hard roads to the finals now (on the ladder predictor I have them each finishing on 11 wins), effectively leaving 9 teams in with a healthy shot for the final.sMakes next weeks Essendon match absolutely huge. The winner is really in the box seat to sneak a finals spot.

I've been looking through our potential windows for a finals berth - of which there are very few - but Port is an opening for us.
Whereas St.Kilda's run home from here is so difficult that even if they beat Port - they still should miss finals.
St.Kilda could actually beat Port AND West Coast - and likely still miss the finals - so are definitely our ally the next two weeks.
