    Agreed. We can't have 3 Picken type midfielders but there is no reason why the likes of Boyd, Cooney and Griffen can't be more accountable.

    Picko - love him. You know you're always getting 120% from him, never gives up, never stops trying! Imagine if we had a few more like that?
