He always struck me as a hard working kid but was just too vanilla a player with no stand out attributes to make it as an AFL footballer.

It's almost word for word that a Collingwood supporter made said about but he added his kicking skills were quite good.

He had a bit of bad luck in being injured in his debut. He may have played a few more games in 2020 if that wasn't the case and may have a lifeline thrown his way.

He's 30, it's a strange decision, as you say he would make much more playing local footy. Maybe there is a coaching pathway involved?

Must be coaching related, as he did an ACL at the end of last year. Wouldn't expect him to be playing anytime soon.

Not sure why he would be on a list this year and won’t play due to an ACL . Just make him an assistant coach of some sort.

I forgot about his injury but it was actually an achilles, I guess he could be back playing late in the season.

Achilles? He was Greek guy who could jump really high.

Achilles inflicted a terrible death on Hector in the Battle of Troy.
Reading the history I concluded that Achilles was just a heel.

You are right. It was an achilles. As a long term injury he is still unlikely to play for some time.
