A reasonable job....we would easily have the best young list I have seen at the club in my lifetime.
Can't wait to see what happens if he starts doing more than a 'reasonable job' !!!

Ready made best 22 players, our list(and everyones) will always need that.
Hopefully we can find a ruck that way this trade/draft period.

Yep. Gun sides always look for ready made players who can improve their 22. They can use the lure of winning a premiership to help.

Half the Hawthorn back to back premiers teams were recycled ready made players.

I would like a top line ruckman and CHB, not some fringe to take a risk on. Perhaps Henderson could fill the CHB role, on rucks, I am not sure who we should be chasing.
Draft wise we need to also build our own, and hopefully we can draft a few talls. I would be open to rookie some fringe players that we may develop. Bevo said he wanted to keep the list together but acknowldged we are forced to delist at least three. The three gone picked themselves.

We are not a gun side yet.

Re: List Management 2015
Any thoughts in Spencer White from Saints. Could be an athletic ruckman and get a heap of the ball running around the ground

No but sides get to that level by making calculated decisions. I actually believe getting big names is fools gold most of the time. It's like buying stocks in a company that's already booming.

From memory you were never keen on getting Stevens?
I actually think we do need to be looking at some players with experience.

If done right, it's a good move.

It's working for us fine so I don't see why we wouldn't keep doing it. It's really not costing us much

Fails the test. He wasn't delisted because he couldn't play.

I wasn't keen on Lower and Goodes. Stevens came to us quiet young, so jury was out.
