    The Dead Eye DickSon Counter

The media is starting to get on this. The record for most consecutive goals without a miss is 29 goals. Held by Lockett & Bruest.

Dead Eye DickSon is on 21 goals straight. Plant him in the goal square I say!

Yes, only Joe the Goose's for the next game or two, until he breaks the record

Was it just me that noticed that he handed one off when he had a semi-tricky shot available to him today?

I reckon he was protecting the streak. Would love to see him break the record.

It happened with Bruest last year. Once he got in the 20's he looked to dish off some difficult chances and tried to make tough chances into certainties and got pinged a bit.

Hopefully he kicks 10 straight over the next 2 weeks and smashes the record before finals!

Dickson has been seriously good for us and deserves every bit of success that comes his way; comes across as a lovely human being when interviewed too.

The streak doesn't mean a lot to me. Just hope he keeps the scoreboard ticking over in the big games.

I agree with the sentiment. But It's free press and content for TV shows for this week at least. That's some cream.

I admit to being a Dickson doubter but gosh he's a brilliant finisher.

I like to see him deep forward because he is so dangerous around goal. He has great opportunist instinct, can rove from a marking contest and snap a goal, be on the end of a handpass chain and hammer it home, and most importantly nail a set shot.

Thats a pretty good bag of tricks.

Full-tricky I reckon. Man on his hammer, running away from goal along the boundary line on his left
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

How many has he kicked for the season now? He's been fantastic, huge improver.

Missing one ingredient...work rate. It's what his whole game is based on and where the improvement has come from. I've been a Dickson doubter all his career due to the fact he struggles to get involved enough. I've come around this season and it's all on the back of what he does when he doesn't have the ball. Good on him.
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
