I saw Daniel Giansiracusa bitch slap Tony Liberatore in the middle of the Whitten oval during his first preseason. Libba had been giving Gia the full treatment during the intra club and halfway through the last quarter Gia snapped wheeled around and lay one right on Libbas cheek. I don't know who was more suprised Gia or Libba who both sort of stood staring at one another or the crowd.

It was pretty funny. From memory Libba was the first one to laugh. He was about an inch and a half away from Guido's face when he did it.

It was a while ago and I may have inserted one it two things that I thought happened into what actually happened but the guts of it is correct.

It was a great night, big root that is for sure. Would have been better if GC knew how to win instead of constantly bombing the ball into the forward line and expecting big marks. (sounds familiar)

It must be a huge relief for you not having to root for Adelaide this weekend T&T.

I think we would be better off if Richmond go down to Port. A win on the road against the Power could make them get their Mighty Ducks bravado on and give them a glimmer of hope they can win a zillion games in a row to sneak into the eight like they did a few years ago.
I want their spirits crushed for when we get them the week later. If things start to go pear-shaped against the Power they might even get a few suspensions out of it.
