Chris Grant - Director Of Football

Just saw on 7 sport news tonight that Chris Grant is now our director of football.

    Good on him.

Selfish on his part. He still looks in playing shape and we could do with a swing KPP. But I suppose it's not bad news.

Always a possibility Simon could return in the future. I was overseas at the time when I heard the news that Simon left the role.

Cheers BAD. Yes I thought he was at the club already. 7sport news confused me as they were saying we were welcoming back a club legend to the kennel.

No. He oversaw successive failures. Stick on a winning thing with Chris Grant Eastie.

For sure BT. You want individuals in the role who will be a success.

He was the board member responsible for football I think. He might have to report to himself.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Funny! He must have a mirror in his office... "Good morning Chris, how are you?" . "Chris Grant is awesome! How are you Chris?" . "Great thanks Chris, I have a performance review today and let's just I'm pretty, pretty, pretty confident about it".

Speaking of which, his four girls may fall under the proposed Father/Daughters rule too. So we still might have four Wests & four Grants running around in our jumper.
