Membership 2017 - Target 50,000

Every year on my dog's membership form, the club highlights the phone number as missing. I've told them that even if there is a phone number there, she's highly unlikely to answer (lack of opposable thumbs and all)!

I received my Footscary Bulldogs pack yesterday. I had to ring the membership department as I was sick of getting correspondence to Dear Mr. XYZ Pty Ltd (not real company name ).

I told them couldn't they address it to my real name not my company name. "Sure we can fix that if that is what you want"

Yeah, sure I like to be called by my company name.

Just change your business name to "The Most Awesome Man In The History Of Mankind Pty Ltd".

I got sick of a similar thing (not business), so I've changed my prefix to 'Lord'. Based on a joke from the TV show from Lano & Woodley about changing your name if you had to go to court to 'An Obviously Innocent Man', so the judge would introduce the trial by saying 'This matter today is the state versus An Obviously Innocent Man'.

Not sure if its quite related, but not happy with the sticker for this years membership pack for the car. Why doesn't it have PREMIERS on it?????????

all those stupid flog hawthorn ones over the years has, why doesnt ours?

Yeah it would have been nice to get a members sticker with premiers on it. Only one sticker this year. I still have my 2016 WB members sticker on my car - 2016 a great year in Doggies history and have a small WB icon sticker on my number plate.

Got an email from the club about the East West Club last Friday. $20 per family and $10 per single to join.

Was great that the premiership cup came out east for the East West Day in January with many keen to get a photo with it. Hopefully the cup will be on tour again soon and that the whole team can come out.

At some point they stopped referring to my dog Ejay on pet membership correspondence and instead use my name. I am now a pet member! I have a certificate and all!

It was a dumb idea to watch it at lunch at work. Oh-my-god, the tears. I wish I could sob, but it would be a little awkward in an open plan office. Murph and his daughter. Way to bring on the waterworks.
