Re: MRP thread 2017
Leon's turning into a bit of an entitled twerp these days. Davis clearly staged, and does so often. Trying to deny it cheapens his opinion, he'd be better off not commenting.
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

He jumped the shark when he complained to the umpires mid-game. My dad tells me he was soft as anyway, and I only remember him as a squib from Richmond, so not that hard for me to hate him.

Sigh.
Will confess to Leon being my favourite player as a pup, but given his latter day affiliations the shine's well and truly tarnished these days. His no-nonsense media persona seems so affected and is frankly annoying AF, a bit like the blustery faux hardness his charges enjoy carrying on with.

Dahlhaus is a tough player but even Blind Freddy can tell that he over-emphasizes bumps.

lol - system is completely farked. Happy for Cotchin and Ellis but Steve Hocking has some work to do to rip this piece of shit system up and bring in something that actually works.

Guys like Jason Cloke who missed a GF for suspension for less must be furious. Cotchins was the simplest suspension all year for them to make, and they didn't.

Cotchin could morph into Ivan Milat and he'd still get off

Cotchin decision correct, we can't stop players bending over to get the ball.

Disagree entirely , under their rules he should have went . What happened to the head being sacrosanct? Cotchin Braced in bumping motion, and made head contact . MRP squibbed it

Both bending over to get the ball. If we take this out of the game then we may as well play basketball. Nothing like the Ellis one, or Ollie Wines bumps.

Since when do you pick up the ball with your shoulder?

Very funny.
Both bent over, but contact made by shoulder as Cotchin rushed in to get the ball. Two bodies clashing.
Also Cotchin went in low to avoid hitting his head - it happens all the time in contested footy.
