I want to believe ... but fear the timing isn't quite right against this mob.

    Giants by 36

With a deftly placed knee from Zaine somewhere within to ease the pain.

So was Campbell always a likely omission? If so then Bevo would seem to be giving Tom Boyd a massive vote of confidence to rediscover his mojo against Mummy and Lobb.
Going to take a monster effort from Boydy to replicate his prelim efforts against those two big guys all night.

Watching the Fox Footy pre-match, just making sure we're actually playing tonight. Been wall to wall Giants coverage, pathetic.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Unacceptable. I hope we can give the Giants some more scars tonight.

As much as it galls me to see the Fox Footy GWS love in going on pre game, on exposed form its fair enough.
They are after 5 rounds along with Adelaide the clear competition benchmarks so far. Whilst we have been very shaky against fairly ordinary opposition.
Hope we win as that will really get Fox and the footy world very focused again on our team's credentials.

Fox Footy have been completely disrespectful to us tonight. Scant mention of Clay Smith playing 50 games. If it was Daniel Menzel, it'd be an hour long special.

Shepherd the ball over the boundary line, get a free. Well done AFEL.

AFL is just rubbish. Get rid of boundary umpires that is what they want

Not sure what Boyd's supposed to do there. Kick it into the corridor apparently.
