Re: Game Day Round 10, 2017 - Western Bulldogs V St. Kilda

Just got home. Enjoyed the win today. As josie said it is good to get a comfortable win 40 points is pretty good.

Stringer impressed kicking 5 goals, Bont really gets us into the game but some of his kicks at goal weren't the best, Daniel and JJ played well along with Dahlhaus. Morris did some important things today, bad luck for Murph hope the injury is nothing too serious.

All in all a very good Saturday afternoon out at Etihad at the footy.

    Go Bulldogs!!

Yes still is an issue but 13.12 and 12.9 over the last 2 weeks isn't bad compared to some of our scores previous to that.

Liked Dale's game today, he's coming of age.

Bye is coming at a good time as we had a few proppy players coming to the bench who'll benefit from a week off.

Great to have Jake back and in some scoring form.

Is there any way we could pinch Seb Ross off them?

Dale the highlight for me - he was fantastic and has everything the side lacks in poise and skill.

Great game Dale - any chance he is still eligible for a Rising Star nomination?
Anyone can support a team that is winning, it takes no courage. But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you, that takes a lot of courage, so lets always be behind our boys and girls in red, white and blue.

Went along with a Saints supporter. We'd had a conversation at some stage last year where I said I'd have Hunter > Ross, which he quickly reminded me of today - become a quality player.

Just watched the highlights package from the game and Dale is in everything.

Thus far has probably been the best player for St.Kilda this year. Would be a huge steal by anyone to grab him but probably not our most pressing need given where our KPD hole is likely to be.

I really don't know why Dahl needed to go to ground in the forward line just then. If he stays up we have a chance of locking it in, instead he doesn't and they sling forward.
Dahl had an off day today. Usually we are lucky to win when Dahl is quiet but Daniel stepped up.

Bailey will be a gun. He has too much going for him (not many players are as far ahead of the game as Bailey Dale usually is) not to ge a player.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Like others, good game although what is wrong with our first quarters!!!!

Best game Bailey Dale has played for the club, super wrapped for him.

Was also really impressed by Jong, without Libba he is in and under EVERYTHING! Got bashed up many times, but still goes at it. Love it!
