    Question Three things you've learned-round 18 v the Suns.

Reiterate three things you observed during the game. The sorts of things Rocket and his team would have liked to have known beforehand.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

    1. The Western Bulldogs have not won the week after playing in Cairns. Need to remedy this.
    2. The Western Bulldogs have not lost when selecting Lewis Young. Need to keep him in.
    3. Just wishing the best for Dale Morris.

    1. A black cat ran across Dale Morris path.
    2. Dale Morris waked under a ladder.
    3. Dale Morris smashed a mirror.

    1. I confirmed in my mind that Murph is done. Club legend but limping to the end unfortunately.
    2. Easton Wood as a forward looked ok, will need him back with Morris out. But thought he showed something.
    3. Scott Clayton isn't a recruiters arsehole.

    Dermott Brereton is a tool.

A high tackle is high tackle. Don't go looking for things that aren't there.

    1. I thought we had a great opportunity to run up a score, I didn't see a half dozen from Liam Picken coming.
    2. It's not always about goals. 18 touches and 11 marks is a good return from Redpath.

    1. Footy is a cruel game. Moz injury. The decline of Bob.
    2. Fox footy drivel is worse than ever. Gee they are desperately untalented but self satisfied men who seem to think it beneath them to actually know players' names. Honestly A Lynch would have been the only person at the game who thought Bob played well, even though I hate that it is not true
    3. Best game for a while from Dahl who's so important to our mojo...

    1. Dale Morris - selfless gives everything to the team
    2. We still can't hit targets around the ground, by hand and foot
3 Picken to stay as a small forward.

    1. Lewis Young is a breath of fresh air in a disappointing season so far. 10 marks today. Even better that last week.
    2. Liam Picken is a power forward. Not really but adding another string to his bow.
    3. We showed some good signs in the last quarter in running out the game.
They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

    1. We have not only replaced but (in time) will have upgraded Hamling with Young Lewis.
    2. I may need to go back to fox, i ended up watching the game on my phone today. What a rort.
    3. I had hoped but earlier this season i didnt think it was going to happen, B Dale has made the grade. Confidence is flowing

Problem is that Dermott doesn't look, he just makes unfounded allegations based on what he's interpreted in the past.
Is there anyone more caught up in the past than Brereton? He was doing his utmost to hang Toby whenever he went near the ball, alleging that he's dropping his knees when quite clearly he wasn't.

Not a Dermot fan but he had an interesting point....if it is true. He claims the same blokes are still getting the high free kicks which if true begs the question as to why?

In Toby's case I have no doubt he isn't getting the same number of high free kicks as last year but he still gets them more than others. He doesn't duck and he appears to have eliminated the shrug...most of the time. I'm not sure he even drops his knees but appears to simply not come up fully after gathering the ball. That's smart football in my book but he won't win himself any fans outside of the bulldogs clan.
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.

It would have killed Rocket to hear that news.
