What I've heard from those in a better position than me to comment, that includes from one as close as a family member, this bloke is as good a model for life as is possible and our recruiting manager and player manager are cut from the same cloth. To a parent of a potential recruit, that our Club has people of that calibre is important enough to swing it our way.
