Western Bulldogs: Virgin Australia Film Festival

The Western Bulldogs have made their debut in the Virgin Australia Film Festival, and with voting now open is calling upon the Bulldogs family to help the Club soar high above our rival Clubs. Ten AFL clubs entered this year’s competition, all creating short films up to four minutes in length based on the theme “Everything’s Possible.” The four clubs with the most views likes, comments and shares of the video when voting closes on Thursday, 18 September 2014 will share in the prize pool of Virgin Australia flights.

First prize is 30 return business class international flights, which the Club will use to transport players for a pre-season training camp to help fast-track their development.. There are more flights for second, third and fourth prizes. The Bulldogs’ entry is a heart-warming story of Chris, a life-long Bulldogs member, and how through the support of the Club’s “Sons of the West” Men’s Health program, and with a surprise visit from the players, has helped turn his life around. How you can help the Club to win, is simply watch the video embedded below, and then share, like and comment on the Bulldogs’ post on the Virgin Australia Facebook Page. -

yep, that's a nice one. Good luck choosing a winner between that one and the Port Power one; there's is definitely completely the opposite track but has a very high production value. The Crows one is mildly amusing, at best.

    Some shocking videos in there.

Ports is the best, because its fun and not too wanky.

Ours is basically a big ad, which is probably a smart use of the publicity. The texting stuff though is very cringeworthy.

I like some of Adelaides, but it's very hit and miss.

Gold Coasts is embarrassing, they get Kewell and Ablett and the best they can come up with is an "ad hoc" board games session.

The Brisbane one is actually a pretty cool concept, but terribly executed. Akermanis looked like he was wearing a swimming cap.

St.Kilda's one is ok but not particularly inspiring or interesting. Yay an American hasn't played a game yet.

Richmond clearly just watched Melbournes from last year and decided that they would just do that. It does have Jake King and his bizarre voice feature in it though which is something different. What a weird voice.

Essendons is basically some famous kids having kick at their windswept training grounds.
I should leave it alone but you're not right
