My questions for Macca (I know it's only one, but...)

* have you given up on Liam Jones?
* what are you doing to address our in game fade outs? (i.e huge run of unanswered goals)

Do we have the resources (support/medical staff/assistant coaches) and the facilities to truly compete with the big clubs?

I think we do. It's an impressive set-up we have and we have come a long way by now having our own VFL side to develop the younger players. I'm sure they could always do with some additional support but I do believe the environment and the facilities we offer are very good.

Thanks GVGj - good to hear. The VFL side has been a great develpment. I was wondering whether the extra support staff (assistant coaches and medical staff etc) at the big clubs make much of a difference to player development... but the dogs have come a long way in recent years in making up some lost ground.
