Not even going to cover the introductory, save to say if further senior players want out then trade them.

2015 should be a year where our shadow players are exposed. It’s time for some of them to repay the faith:

Ruck: Minson out, we should explore Giles as a recruit. If we do get him Cordy and Campbell should play around 40-50% of the year each as a minimum. It’s time for Cordy to get used to AFL. If we get Wrigth you’d only expect him to play 5-8 games for the year, adn certainly no extended periods in the ruck.

Other positions? – Who’s going to stand up?

Massive test for our kids.

Libba, Wallis, Dahlhaus, Roberts, Smith, Talia, Macrae, Stringer, Hrovat, Hunter, Bonti, Honeychurch, Jong. These guys are in for a massive test of character. Their response to the new coach will determine the club's future.

The worst thing is, we are half way through a trade period. Our new coach faces a year with a playing list he has had NO control over.

List manager and recruiting group determine the players. Yes coach has some input but not as much as you think.

I get that. But for a coach to come in cold, with no input whatsoever, hardly ideal.

Will be a massive test for JMac and Dalrymple, and Ben Graham by extension.
