I don't know if there is a thread like this one already started (sorry in advance if there is) but my mate sent me a picture of of 4 Footscray players from the 80's. There is 1 player the photo we can't name. So for a bit of off season fun I thought we could post old photos and try name all the players in it.

I'll start with the photo that has me stumped. 715

There are 3 fairly obvious ones but I can't get the last one. So I put it to the WOOF brains trust...

There is a derro who walks up and down Cross st and Barkly st on his way to Footscray ( I guess, I've never actually followed him to find out) and back to the doss house in Barkly st each day. He wears the tradional tramp beard but has recently had a hair cut.

Anyway the other day I saw Rohan Smith out walking and talking to a bearded man along the very route I often see this tramp on. I wondered why Bubba was taking time out of his busy schedule to chat with a derro but got home and didn't really think much more about it. The next day at training we were IDing everyone and someone said "That's Guido with the beard" after mentioning how horrible it looked the penny dropped. It wasn't the old tramp Smithy was walking with, it was Gia!

It's about halfway between Russell and First streets. It's probably a bit rough calling it a doss house but it's a privately run supported accomodation facility for people with mental health issues. That's the sort of work I do. The place I work at has more complex behaviours.
