No idea how to embed images but I'm thinking of making the t-shirts. I'm happy for others to play around with the design and send me something and I'll organise the orders / printing. I think it simply has to happen and will be making my own at any rate. I think we should use a full face image but other than that I'm open.

Who's up for one? I can distribute at the game...

Something retro for Bob seems appropriate.

More than just a T-shirt. It's a movement. Let's get the hashtag going!

Would be good for someone creative to come up with something. I'm happy to run with the order / distribute.

No ones too busy for Bob, so up to Town Hall and turn on the FDOTM flood light.

Ok, regardless of the design we go with a white classic t-shirt with print would be $15 each regardless of size. I think if I order over $100 worth I get free postage. I'm getting a fee of $299.80 for 20...

I don't plan on making any money from the sales, what they cost is what you'll get it for.

Once the design is locked in, put it up on red bubble. They handle printing and distribution, no need for anyone to manage inventory and postage then.

That's how it was done with The Beard shirts back in the day and it worked fine.

FWIW, I will buy one.

Put it nice and big on a crisp white tee and it's good to go.

The ladies sizes on red bubble are quite small - my cracking in t shirt was very snug

I don't think there was, but thought I would put it out there.

Sufficiently modified to avoid issues I'd think. Also pertinent that they're being sold at cost rather than for profit.

Whether the subject would have an issue with his likeness being used I can't answer.

I reckon he'll be chuffed. I can ask him in the next couple of weeks.

I'm not sure how this is going to work but I believe I upload the image and then link you to my site which will contain the image. You then buy the image for about $2.50 and paste it into a t-shirt, which you also need to buy. I'm happy to assist if this is confusing for anyone. I will link you to the site at some stage today.

I'm not sure how the payment is distributed but I believe the artist gets a cut of what is bought and because I uploaded I'm now registered as the artist. What I propose is that any profits that come out the back of the sales flows back into WOOF to assist with the upkeep of the site. It's just an idea?

Rocket Science is this ok it's your design and Gary would this be acceptable as a one off type donation for your hard work? I realise this is a labor of love but it would allow us to give something back to what is an important site for many of us.

1eyedog, many thanks for the offer and it's very appreciated but we have a good deal with the hosting company and its easily covered.
Just a suggestion but perhaps any spare money could go to a Bulldogs Backyard membership or a pay it forward donation.

Ok Gary no problem at all this site was the first port of call. I need to see how this works and then will have a chat with Rocket Science about how it is distributed. The club is obviously the preferred option.

1eyedog ; Let me know if you'd like a higher res version of the file, happy to provide it.

GVGjr ; if you're sure the site won't benefit from any proceeds, I'm happy for them to be distributed to the club in some useful capacity as you & 1eyedog see fit. Towards Bob's new knee? I jest.

Failing that I'm sure the Footscray based ASRC could make very good use of any donation - call me presumptuous, but something I reckon Bob would endorse.
