Emma will be a big loss to journalism.

The women's revolution that has engulfed the AFL over the summer has broken another barrier with the appointment of Emma Quayle as the game's first female club recruiter.

As much as its sad to see Emma go and work for the orange brigade, I can't think of many people more qualified for the role.

Well done Emma.

It is a great coup for both sides. GWS get a top notch footy person (boo, hiss) and Emma Quayle smashes through a glass ceiling (hooray)

Congrats to Emma. GWS can take a poop on the ground and roll around in it.

It's a shame because you'd imagine they would now start recruiting good people, rather than just good players.
