Geelong tried the hawthorn method , and failed miserably .
In fairness they had half a side out, then had their whole side off .

Didn't think ch.7 panned enough to Danger in the coaches box tonight. What a piece of shit network - we deserve so much better as consumers and are treated like shit by these pricks each and every week.

Oh, and Geelol.

If Dangerwood doesn't show up in September, the Handbaggers will do a Tomic and be out in straight sets.

Yeah for sure. Even if they don't show up in home and away matches. They rely on those two to a dangerous level.

Well I guess we wanted a Melbourne loss by about 80 points but then again the GWS confidence will be up and about next week.

It probably won't make any of us feel much better about our inaccuracy - but North and the Pies just combined for the most innaccurate half of footy ever at the Docklands. (5.11 to 1.9).

Very happy with that result. I have never liked the Cokes. I like their supporters LESS. Saints were very good in the last quarter. They should have won by three goals.

Is there a KPF the works harder than Bruce, for less return through horrendous goal kicking? The easy miss in the last is a death penalty offence in South American football. I don't watch them much, but when I do he works his arse off for shots and misses soooo many. Worse than Casboult in past seasons.

Richmond currently putting Hawthorn to the sword, which will end their season. I know there is the Hodge factor but I like our chances against them in R23 on the fast Etihad track with them having nothing to play for in terms of team success.

We have a few who would get the death penalty including the Bont this year.

Port getting slaughtered too. We now finish ahead of them if we beat them, assuming we both win our other games. Hopefully they carry this poor form into R22 against us

Port's poor form appears very regularly against top 8 teams. Bring our defensive pressure for four quarters we will win comfortabally.

Yep. If we just keep winning everything will fall into place nicely. Easier said than done though. We'll have to play a shitload better than yesterday if we want to win all 3 especially with our injury list.

I never barrack for injuries but Selwood seriously injuring his ankle only as a direct result of cynically collapsing the knees into a Buddy tackle to get one of his shit high frees felt like the world was working in sync this weekend.

But of course the meeeedya went for a pissweak interstate target like Papley to out him as a diver. The collapsing/diving epidemic was singlehandedly created by Selwood, but let's all vilify kids like McLean and Mathieson because they aren't "icons of the game"
