What prize are you hoping for Easty?

I wouldn't pay 4 grand to have a coffee with Bevo. I mean bless him and all, I love the man to death but $4,000 for coffee and a chat? I'd want him to come around and paint the outside of my house for that sort of money!

Get it’s a great revenue raiser for the club , but 5 bucks a ticket makes it a hard sell .
Maybe one which is 2 $ a ticket might be more viable

I have 20 tickets in my book so if you decided to use all 20 it would be $100. At $2 a ticket only $40 if you used all 20.

3rd prize is a "coffee date" with Bevo worth $4000! What? I don't like coffee so I'll just take the cash thanks.

I get the maths easy, but it’s a hard sell to non dogs fans you work with

Try doing that in a rugby state. It's like trying to sell ice to an Eskimo.
The book is just going back.

I am lucky. I am the only bulldog at work and supporters from all teams buy the tickets from me. And if they win one of the bulldog prizes - I get lucky. Win win.

Imagine a winner of the Bevo coffee not being a dogs supporter, they wouldn't know what to discuss.

I told the Essendon supporters if they win, they could discuss stringer with him

They aren't that great to start with bar 1st prize which I assume is in their contract that they supply a vehicle for the raffle.

All things considered, it really just is a donation.
