Sidebottom and Daicos out are pretty big losses for Collingwood, I'd probably back Geelong in to beat them at this point.

Certainly are big outs. I still will back the Pies to win particularly with it being at the G. The Cats certainly not playing like they were in 2022 which I reckon gives us a good chance to beat them in Round 24 hopefully.

Literally the difference in disposals in the SYD vs. GCS game is the difference in free kicks.

There was a clear in the back not paid to GCS that resulted in a ball up and Warner goal after GCS got within one, and thus, some breathing space for SYD.

Clarkson had an extra at the stoppage and Essendon were able to continuously intercept by keeping a guy back.
When he evened it up late it helped, however horse had bolted.

They pay a mark even if there's a little touch, yet it's a different interpretation for a goal. Probably more evidence to suggest Petraccas kick was a goal.

If it goes to video then I think they should decide based upon video. The fact the goal umpire is in doubt and prompted video review should negate the “umpire’s call” rule. Imaging a GF being decided by a decision like that. Scary stuff.
