Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere - but apparently Johnno is facing a fine for coming into contact with an umpire. Did anyone happen to see the incident, I sure as hell missed it.

The West Australian (http://www.thewest.com.au/default.aspx?MenuID=12&ContentID=67869) has reported this in an article...

Two players, Western Bulldogs skipper Brad Johnson and Essendon youngster Sam Lonergan, face fines for making contact with an umpire during Friday night's match at Telstra Dome.

Does the umpire in the Pie, Blues match get a fine for running into Stevens?

I think not.

Stupid rule anyway to fine them. Not as if it were intentional.

Good point, Johnno should argue that.

Does anyone know what they do with this money, does the AFL just pocket it, or does it go to charity or the Demetriou end of the year trip away?

It goes into 'consolidated revenue'.
