Pagan has resigned from the North board sighting a desire to coach young players, emphasis on a developing role with 18yos or so.

Would we be interested or have a role for an experienced coach such as Pagan?

I see some value in getting a vastly experienced former coach to our club but they would have to be able to tow the Eade line. Guys like Pagan and even Ayers might not be a good fit.

Given Fantasia has freed up Eade's time to concentrate more on the actual coaching having have Gotch and Dalrymple with the development we might have got the right mix.

He will coach the Northern Knights.

Mark it down.

It is where he belongs, not in the AFL.

Why do you say that?

I just do not beleive that he is good enough to be coachng at AFL level anymore.

Pagan wants to coach his own team. Therefore will not be at the Bulldogs.

Based on what happened at Carlton? That is poor list management, not necessarily poor coaching...

I'd have him as an assistant coasch or as a juniors coach at the Bulldogs ... I remember the work he did with the North Melbourne under 19s years ago (Carey et al.) ... I think he has a lot to offer our young kids

Whilst having enormous respect for Dennis and his achievements I think feeling is that perhaps he struggles to communicate with todays gen Y footballers

Whether this is true or not I dont know

I respect Pagan for checking his ego at the door, and being prepared to step back to Under 18 level
