Not a brilliant game last night, but does contest well and two handy goals. We need him to fire up in the next two weeks and the finals.

It's funny to think of him as our key forward at 188cm. There are taller midfielders in the league. But flly fit, confident and in form, is more than handy. Now to make sure those 3 things are happening.

Scott knows when and where to lead

He is a cool head in a contest, and will be important come late September

Love it when S-S-Scotty S-S-Stutters

Fev is probably only 2 cms taller than Welshie...just has a little bit more bulk + speed on him

Yeah i think alot of people confuse the two, tall forward & key forward, we all know Pav & Fev stand at 191 cm, Tillers height, the Porp [Adelaide] & McKinley at West Coast also very short, but both key forwards, Russell Robertson also a key forward, Brad Johnson etc etc.

He's been a good footballer who has struggled with injury throughout his career, to get to 200 games is a great achievement, and a Premiership.

Well done Scotty.

I just wonder if his body will hold out for another season of AFL?

He had a decent game last night. I didn't want him in the 22 this week but I think Eade ended up the right call.

From what I've heard it's fairly doubtful. He's pretty keen to play on but his back might have the last word.

Yep. He really is the type of player that struggles when underdone. I am happy for him to be in the best 22 as long as he is near full fitness.

I think they might have someone else in mind for Scott's spot on the list next year too.;)

Been a solid contributor for us, performed a role as well as we could have asked. Been a journeyman, well done.

There has been talk of bringing the Ugg back. Just a skinnier, albino version of him.

Don't worry Sophie, I put this thread up last week and had no response at all so I bumped it today.

Yeah, thing is I knew i'd already congratulated him a while back, then he didn't end up playing, and I had a mental blank. And of course not watching the game last night (and forgetting about him to be honest)... Ugh, I annoy myself.
