That Hat Cooney is wearing is just stupid. Don't know about open neck, makes them look like low class Adelaide.

Must agree the groomsmen do look like goal umpires. Not so bad on Coons as he has a dark vest, they have white shirts with white hats. In the photo's I can spot Gia, Tommy Williams, Farren Ray ? and Smithy & Johnno (guess what standing next to each other)

I thought that was Farren Ray Didn't spot Tommy though the groomsmen really did look like goal umpires. That said I did like the burger rings

Have to agree.
Some people seem to go out of their way to be different.

Congrats to the newlyweds... shame on Adam for the ridiculous get-up he wore. I know he's a bit "left-field" but that look is awful.

EDIT: Just checked the gallery... I'd echo my comments for the groomsmen... shocking.

Gia looked a little worse for wear in the background..

Nice work from an Adelaide website - apparently they got married in Glenleg

Adam was better off using the Peter Jackson suit he had from a couple of years back

In frame 26, if the lads had flags under their arms and Adams' hats on, you would see them pull their score cards out and lick their pencils before confirming the quarterly scores in the next shot!

Congrats to the Cooneys - good luck to them for daring to be different, and not just dressing a certain way because that's the way it's always been done. Not how I'd do it, but I like the fact he's gone with something that makes him happy.

It's their wedding, they can do what they like. They obviously like what they are wearing.

I really like the photo of the local kids taking a look.

I'm sure there must be somethings you've done that Adam would think are stupid.

Leave the kid alone, maybe it wasn't the way some of us would do it, but it made him and Hayley happy, so that's what matters Just my humble opinion:)

Congratulations Adam & Hayley!!!! May you have a long and happy marriage.

You both look great in those photos - beautiful dress Hayley. :)

Maybe Rohan Smith went as Brad Johnson's date? Me jealous? Never!! ;)

Congrats to Adam and Haylea on their wedding. Haylea's sister I think is getting married this week to Michael Gardiner over in Adelaide also.

The white hat thing on the lads is not to my liking but each to their own. The girls looked nice.

Was trying to work out whether that was Boydy in the background of pic 21.

Fair enough... it's just my opinion he looked ridiculous! ;)

Haylea on the other hand, looked stunning. There, I've said something nice :)

Congrats to Adam and Haylea.

Not the best look , but I'm sure if most of you took out the wedding album and dusted it down you would find large collars and lapels with frilly baby blue shirts or brown suits , pretty ordinary now.

I agree - weddings are very personal and should reflect who you are and what you want - Not what will please the public or the guests or even the parents. It should be want you want and what makes the couple happy :-)

Yes, I wish we'd had our wedding a bit more "individual" rather than have the stock standard reception centre 3 course meal deal. In hindsight we would've halved the guest list too. But you can't change the past can you? :o

Apart from the bizzare attire, Cooney's wedding looks pretty stock standard to me.

I think they had a "cocktail party" type reception, more informal than the sit down meal.

Similar but I don't think it's Boydy.

"About 150 guests were there to celebrate the occasion, including Cooney's Western Bulldogs teammates Nathan Eagleton, Ryan Hargrave, Brian Lake, Jason Akermanis, Brad Johnson and Shaun Higgins."

I'm sure he would have been mentioned, although Gia wasn't.

It looked like a lovely wedding, quirky just like Coons. You wouldn't expect anything else.
