WESTERN Bulldogs captain Brad Johnson is still expected to line up against Richmond this Sunday despite an unusual training mishap on Wednesday morning at Whitten Oval.

Johnson was having a kick with former Bulldogs' champion Chris Grant when veteran property steward Noel Kinniburgh ran into him with the club's motorised drinks cart.

The cart hit Johnson in the left calf, which was the one that kept him from playing any of the Dogs' pre-season matches.

S ** t! Yeah, I reckon the planetary alignment at the minute must be against Johnno. Gee, I hope they don't risk him if it is going to be a niggling all-year type injury?

Saw this on a news update on Fox Sports. Had a good chuckle... Noel might have to just run the drinks out to players from now on!

"Johnson was having a kick with former Bulldogs' champion Chris Grant"
Looks like only one option then,

Easy fix: This week OUT: Johnson (calf)
IN: Grant (out of retirement)

Was at training yesterday and noticed the "L" plates on the cart, very funny.
