That Thompson was a certifiable pest and that Bazz was lucky not to have caught anything from him, probably because lice can't live on bald heads.

It would be a pity if Mikey actually had a memory, players have been arguing provocation for many years and when proven it has been considered. There was the cods grappling case and several others.

But then indignation and the facts are unwelcome bed fellows.
