AFL plans to slash the number of interchanges in football have been savaged by Western Bulldogs coach Rodney Eade, who yesterday labelled the three proposals put forward by the AFL as ''crap'' and vowed to increase the number of rotations at his club.

Asked which of the three options Eade favoured, the Bulldogs coach offered a resounding ''none of the above''.

''They talk of capping it at 80 and that includes changes made at the breaks,'' he said. ''It's crap. How can you include changes at the breaks? It's bullshit.''

Stick it up them Rocket, I am so sick of the rules committee and the constant wanting to change the game.

Heard rocket on SEN half an hour ago - he is really disappointed with the article. He feels he has been misrepresented and thought the article had already been written when he spoke to the journo.

Journos love to sensationalize.

Journos love to sensationalize.

Eade alluded that the journalist was a bit of a nobody looking to make a name for himself with a breaking story.

Rocket is probably upset that the article was so tame.

I am a little surprised to read this response from Rocket. A few weeks ago I remember hearing him speak after one of the games about this topic and he said he would be for any caps to the rotations. He then went on to say he thought about 90 was a good figure. I remember this because I assumed he would act more like in the article considering the dogs rotate so heavily, and use it as a wining formula.
