Just looking at this round & it pairs all the Victorian teams with one another & the Interstate side also play each other.

Essendon are wearing their 'seat belt' jumper as part of an initiative celebrating 40 years of seat belts being compulsory in Victoria. I still think they'll end up on the wrong side of a 'belting' after playing Collingwood.

At 1/2 time Jobe Watson has had 20 handballs..... and 1 kick.

Is he on WR pace?

Yes, a rather apt jumper for the belting the Bombers are getting tonight!:D

Yes, pretty disappointing game to watch, after the first few minutes I thought it might be a game.

As much as I still think we have Collingwood's number, they are a very impressive side at the moment and have so many players capable of getting it done when it's their turn.

Blimey I thought it was in the Essendon constitution not to change the jumper? Great idea though, another Bomber horror show!!

I didn't go tonight because the GF is sick, and I'm so glad I didn't. Essendon were pathetic, passing off the responsibility of taking the game on and disposing of the ball by foot, the pointless handball was a joke.

Blow torch on Knights again! Honestly I reckon Sheedy has got off lightly here, his poor recruiting policies of the 2000's are coming home to roost.Band-aid recruits Matthew Allen,Paul Salmon,Scott Campeorale,Justin Murphy etc etc Sheedy thinking of his own legacy instead of the future of the club.

The seat belt on their jumper isn't buckled up. No wonder the car crash got messy.

It is unfortunate that Jarrod Harbrow isn't playing tonight. The 2 teams could have organised a 3rd banner for Jarrod and Little Gazza to run through while playing the new Gold Coast Suns song. Then the fans of the 2 teams could have let them know how they feel about the situation.

Geelong should do it for Gaz anyway.

The way things have gone this weekend, I would have picked the round in my work Footy tipping comp and taken a 3 game lead with the 2 game bonus points.

Alas I can't pick against the Doggies and I'll have to settle with 7 from 8 and go 1 game ahead instead.:(

Of course I'm taking that St.Kilda wont loose.

Every 9 seconds an umpire somewhere in the world is giving a free kick to Nick Riewoldt.
