BRAD Johnson has been a Bulldog for almost two decades, and some time this month it will all come to an end. With his autobiography Johnno: Bulldog through and through due to be released in 11 days, the Herald Sun brings you two edited extracts.

I disagree with the opening line of the Johnno's been a Bulldog for much longer than 2 decades.

What a great shot - sometimes it's easy to forget just how young Johnno was when he started playing with the dogs!

Nice article, still astounding how little belief we had when Eade first arrived.

On the imposing Hawthorn team that Eade won four flags with, he recalled, there were four players who could dash the 20m in under three seconds. At Sydney he had seven.

Running the same drill with the Western Bulldogs in January of 2005, Eade discovered he had 20.

"That set our path," Eade said

I'd be very interested to know how many we have now

Probably the same. Teams overall have been getting quicker year on year.
Hooper was 3rd at draft camp last year for the 20m sprint.

Good luck to Brad. I don't think I've seen a bigger smile than he had straight after the Grand Final.
