thanks EW.
Seems he's 100% gone now according to those who claim to know his mates. :(

Interested in comics / literacy etc. I reckon it might be a good way ( webcomics ) to revisit the legends of our club and spread the word to younger fans.

Maybe Barry would be a good one to do first. Not sure. he sure has that Marvel / 'Jack Kirby' physique:D

Thanks for the feedback guys - cinder, Immortal Mike and others

Yes Ledge! I fear Ward has been lured by the devil.
So just in case, volume 1 belongs to Barry I think.

P.S yes and if you look at my avatar, I didn't over-exaggerate the guns...much

He was The Ugg Boot. We have a comp for the most correct guesses for 1st goal kicker in the season called 'the golden ugg boot' in his memory.

I see! Well, he only played a few games for us didn't he.
Any good stories about him?

I hope to make a whole line of comics on Bulldog Heroes, with highlights of their careers. Cant afford to get it published so maybe for i-pad. Libba Snr next I think.

Great Hall one but sadly dont think he falls into the Bulldog Heroes with only 2 seasons.
I mean that with total respect to him though.

He has been a dog for much longer than 2 years though.

See your point ledge. Mind you, we might be where port are, without him this season.
holds the WB weight lifting record??

Seriously, kids are not going to follow WB without people to look up to. Have to milk the greats at our club and celebrate what we have - give those young'uns who do follow WB stories to tell and share to keep them going.

If only Hall was with us from the beginning!
Maybe you could do a future hero in Dahlhaus, you could do an awesome play on his locks.
Someone the kids will see his whole career.

Well, I fear we are going to lose him next! :( We seem to lose our young guns easily to other clubs.
