Unless there’s off field issues and he must go, as far as im concerned he can stay but for a half decent trade. Unless he’s salary is going towards another free agent or towards a bigger fish.
Our cap without Dunkley & Hunter (even paying some), maybe not Lobb, and possibly without JJ, Schache and others must be at almost war chest proportions. And maybe 4 first rounders over 2 years. Yet we’re only officially linked to pretty much cash converter trades…

That's sort of comes down to management though and we should never allow players to be destructive to the teams culture.
This would only be a problem if we let it.

This would be the only reason I would let him go.

Same wage for both clubs, but both clubs hoping to teturn their new player to their absolute best.
Pick 30+ and paying cash is not a great outcome.
What's the speculation on Hunter's contract value? I'd do Hunter for Bowes contract, but assume GC would only do that if Hunter was getting less than Bowes over the next two years.

This is a valid point. Does anyone know if that is the case? He has definitely had his issues. Is he a popular player at the club? Is he generally liked? How professional is he in regards to preparation? Has he sorted out his off field issues?

Suns need to lose $2M apparently. I can’t see them brining any extra cash.

I think Lachie is on 650K as an average for his 5 year deal.
Re: List Management thread (For 2022)
It would be a shame to lose a father son player and someone who's best football is of a high quality but the whispers are strong he is considering a departure so it could be a good time to give him that trade.
Re: List Management thread (For 2022)
SOS has said Hunter is worth a late first rounder, Noble has said more like a 2 rounder.

Sounds about right, getting a club to pay it given the new rules might require a creative solution.

I think we are going to have quite a few changes this year

On Trade Radio I think they're speculating around 40 player movements.
Collingwood look like they're going to bring in 4 players themselves.

Wish SOS was still at Carlton, would comfortably accept a first rounder for Lachie if he was interested in leaving.
