So why not present it at the very start and clear it up before it did so much damage ?
Blokes a fruit cake.

One could be forgiven for thinking that he never had such evidence at hand.

Someone needs to tell him he's his own worst enemy. At his current trajectory he won't get a job anywhere, doing anything, in any industry in this country.

Indeed. There were still people calling on him to present his evidence until a couple of months ago. HE HASN'T GOT ANY EVIDENCE.

So then we vote him into parliament? Is that how they qualify? I've been watching a bit lately and I can't think of how else they end up there. Poor bastards I feel sorry for them.

My belief is that he does have the evidence. Only problem with the evidence is that it proves their guilt.

It's just occurred to me why nearly everything I have read about Dank always mentions how lax he is with paperwork and he's a bit of a Mad Professer in that he's more interested in experimenting with things. It fits the narrative of the missing/never filled out/eaten by dog paperwork that everyone is looking for.
If you were one of the players you'd be happy that he's producing the documentation that he's always had that could prove that you're innocent or guilty now.

Imagine the AFL having to give back Jibes Brownlow

They'd quite enjoy that. They didn't want to take it off him in the first place.

But they would have to now take it off Mitchell and Cotchin

Hmmm. Maybe they can give one of the leftovers to Chris Grant then.
Re: ASADA issues show-cause notices to Essendon players
STEPHEN Dank's appeal against a lifetime sports ban has been thrown out by the AFL Appeals Board because of the disgraced sports scientist's "lack of cooperation and communication".
Dank was found guilty of 10 breaches of the AFL's anti-doping code in April last year and subsequently banned for life from working in any sport in Australia or overseas.
The architect of the Bombers' supplements program was scheduled to front the Appeals Board on November 21, but said he could not attend because a relative was in hospital with a life-threatening condition.
Dank was given until 5pm AEDT on Friday to provide supporting documentation to explain his absence but failed to do so, with the Appeals Board describing his behavior as a "flagrant flouting of the board's directions".
The Appeals Board released a statement on Monday afternoon, confirming Dank's appeal had been thrown out.
