0-4 the past 2 years against top 4 teams, a consolation win against a mid range opponent who hasn't made the finals the next year shouldn't paper over the cracks.
H&A specialists don't win premierships.

I can understand if you're a bit frustrated with our season but remember we are the dogs, not the scapegoats
I'm not frustrated, I couldn't care less about the H&A other than giving ourselves a good run at the finals. We finished 4th and in my opinion have the slightly favorable draw. If it weren't for the recent injuries I'd say the year's been ideal.
I just could not stand another timid finals performance like I've seen the past 20 years.

Yep - if we had Cooney and Morris, I'd be going into this finals series as confident as ever, regardless of our recent form.

You keep banging on about Hargrave, but take another look at his performance. Did very well last year against the Saints and Brisbane.
As for Gilbee picked up 35 possessions against Geelong last year as well as 29 against Brisbane, hardly a regular failure

And I don't know how many times I have said against A TOP 4 TEAM! TOP FOUR... 1,2,3,4!!! You know a team who finishes in the top four and goes on to win a premiership, who gives a shit about our customary consolation win against a team that was never going to make the grand final.
Both have played 5 finals against and I'll say it again TOP 4 teams for one good game, a 20% success rate to me is a failure.
