Hmmmmm - proof is in the pudding I guess, Richmond have a flag but a few years ago their recruiting was terrible.
Their trading has been much better recently.

So, is this a demotion if he was list manager and recruiter at the Tiges? Not familiar with their structure.

Anyway, welcome aboard - big shoes to fill!
