If his line coach has confidence in him and it doesn't work out then the line coach is accountable
The R.Smith promotion is a little harder to work out as there are plenty of other options. I wonder what trait the MC see's in him and what is it that separates him from others on the list?
It's important we get back into the winners list so a lot rides on this game
Could Smith inclusion be role based. Has he played as a defensive forward? When I look at crows apart from midfield Brodie Smith is my concern.

Really crossing my fingers for Sweet or Young as a late inclusion. Very uncomfortable with the lack of height options and back up for English. I assume the plan is to beat them with run but jeez we’re really pushing our luck with this line up.

Interesting but we added West and Cavarra and I would presume they will be played as forwards so is there room for a lock down forward with Dale, Wallis, McLean and Lloyd also named?
We also have Dickson on the emergency list so I think it means Smith has a defensive or midfield role today
