All good in getting the membership card but it says that I have been a member since 2019 in actual fact I have been a member since 2013.
They finally called me back this morning, of course during the 2 minutes I was away from my phone. They left a message; the woman proceeded to say: Hi this is suchandsuch from the Western Bulldogs returning your call... then started talking to someone else, then some random background noises, more conversations with other people. This went on for almost 2 minutes until she "answered" the call that she made, probably realised her mistake and promptly hung up. Appalling customer service.Quote:

I did however cancel my Social Club recently, but got a full Social Club pack sent out, so I guess that's a win.
