Weird set up with Huntington at CHB and Scott on the bench, doubt it looks like that on game day.
Anyone heading along?
I'm having real trouble GAF about AFLW this year after Conti AND Brennan left for the same club.
That shit ain't right and they can jam their competition as far as I am concerned.
It was good to see Carlton give it Richmond tonight just because of the ex's.
At the start of the competition, all clubs knew they would lose a good player or two as the new clubs came into the competition. The AFLW wanted to share around the best players so that the inaugural clubs didn't just get the pick of the bunch and leave all the inexperienced players for the new clubs. Once the comp settles down, it won't be as bad.
The great things is we have had picks in the top 10 and now we have a good blend of young and old.
I wasn't unhappy to see Brennan go, as she is over rated in my opinion, but Conti is a gun. We have 5 players debuting this Sunday, so should be interesting.
PS: The club is bigger than the players.

Five debutantes have been confirmed in the Western Bulldogs’ final 21 for Sunday’s AFLW season opener against St Kilda.
Draftee Gemma Lagioia and international rookies Katy Herron (Ireland) and Danielle Marshall (USA) will join No. 1 pick Gabby Newton and fellow top-10 draftee Elisabeth Georgostathis in receiving their first red, white and blue guernseys.
Kim Rennie and Hannah Scott will start on the bench, while Eleanor Brown and Hannah Munyard named as the emergencies.
The game will be televised live on Channel 7 from 2.30pm, with the first bounce at 3.10pm.
